In 2022, Mrs. Veronica Pelton returned to Life School as Principal of Life School Mountain Creek Elementary (LSMC). Pelton began her career in education in 2008 at Dallas ISD. Throughout her many years in education, she has served as a special education teacher and a 3rd and 5th-grade teacher.
In 2015, Ms. Pelton joined Life School as a Reading Specialist and was selected to serve as assistant principal for Life School Lancaster. She then brought her experience with curriculum, special education, and teaching to Life School’s Dallas campus in Mountain Creek.
She now returns to Life School Innovation Academy. "It is a privilege to join Life School Innovation Academy and work alongside such a dedicated team of educators."
Mrs. Pelton earned a Master's in Curriculum & Instruction in 2008 from The University of Texas at Arlington and Educational Leadership in 2018 from Lamar University. She holds Principal, Generalist, and Special Education Certifications.
