Life School’s Red Oak and Waxahachie campuses, which house Kindergarten through 12th grade, were also honored with a five star rating for individual campus achievement.
A five-star rating indicates the district is in the top 20 percent of the state in student academic growth and has a spending index of “very low.” Each Texas school district is assigned a FAST rating of one to five stars. The Comptroller’s FAST study also identifies and shares cost-effective practices that could benefit campuses and districts across the state. Please visit www.fastexas.org to learn more.
Life School is one of just 55 districts to be named to this year’s Texas Honors Circle, which recognizes school districts and campuses for excellence in resource allocations that contribute to high academic achievement and cost-effective operations. Just 25 districts along with Life School also achieved this ranking last year.
