Hi Teachers and Staff,

Welcome back! We hope you had a relaxing and refreshing summer and are excited for the new school year ahead.

As you begin preparing for the 2026–2027 school year, curriculum planning resources are now available to help you review upcoming content and begin planning for the first nine weeks of instruction.

What You Can Access Now

• Year-at-a-Glance Calendars (YAGs)
• 1st Nine Weeks Curriculum Planning Guides (CPGs)

Please note that only the 1st Nine Weeks CPGs are finalized at this time. Curriculum Planning Guides for the remaining nine weeks will be finalized and posted at least three weeks prior to the start of each nine weeks.

As you begin planning, we encourage you to review the Year-at-a-Glance calendars and Curriculum Planning Guides to familiarize yourself with the instructional sequence, pacing, and key resources for the first nine weeks.

If you have any questions or need support, please reach out to your curriculum coordinator. We look forward to partnering with you for a successful 2026–2027 school year!

Hello Life School Staff,

Welcome back! As we prepare for the new school year, there are two required tasks to be completed by Thursday, August 13. Please review the information below carefully.

Task 1: Complete Your Annual Employment Document Acknowledgments

Please complete your annual employment document acknowledgments through Laserfiche using the link below (you may sign in with either your personal or Life School email address):

Please pay particular attention to the Frontline Employment Center Preferences document. It provides step-by-step instructions for updating your:

• Security preferences
• W-2 delivery preferences
• 1095-C delivery preferences

You are responsible for reviewing and setting these preferences, as they can be updated at any time.
Note: If you already completed these forms during New Hire Onboarding, you may disregard this task.

Task 2: Acknowledge Your Job Description

You will also receive a separate email from forms@region10.org with instructions on how to review and electronically sign your job description through Laserfiche.

• Campus staff should review and sign their assigned job description.
• Supervisors will receive a notification after submission and should follow the email instructions to approve the staff member's job description.

All job descriptions must be electronically signed by Thursday, August 13.
Note: If you have already signed your job description this year (including federally funded positions, Central Office, Counselors, Special Programs, and some SPED staff), you may disregard this task.
