Please watch for this survey link from Engergage

Dear Life School Staff,

A few weeks ago, you participated in the Q12 Employee Engagement survey through Gallup. We would appreciate your participation with one additional employee engagement survey, which will arrive in your inbox soon.

Both surveys provide us with unique insights, and we encourage your participation.

Within the next week, you will receive an email that includes an access link. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and provide us with your feedback.

Energage, an independent research company, is conducting the survey. To protect your confidentiality, they will not disclose your responses to us. Department, team, or group scores are revealed only when there is a minimum of 5 survey responses. Managers at Life School may see the comments you offer on the survey's final page, so please do not write anything that could reveal your identity.

A few things to note:

If you do not receive the survey email within the next week, please check your spam or junk email for a message from “Energage Survey.” To open the survey invitation, you may have to confirm the email is not spam.If you delete the survey email accidentally, you will receive a reminder message within a few days that includes another access link. Please do not forward the survey email to a colleague. Each email has a unique code to prevent multiple responses from a single person.

Please reach out to Energage at 1-800-749-0187 or reply to your survey email if you have questions.

Thanks for taking the time to complete the survey. We look forward to your feedback!

Sincerely,

Compensation Update for 2023-2024

Dear Life School Staff,

As we head into the end of this school year, we are already looking forward to the 2023-2024 school year and the start of the 4-day school week! Typically, we communicate new compensation information before the last day of school. However, this year, there are many factors being considered during the current legislative session that could have a positive impact on compensation requirements for schools.

With outcomes surrounding the session and its impacts on teacher raises, we do not have the necessary information to determine the complete compensation package for employees for the 2023-2024 school year. The regular session is expected to close on May 29, 2023, after which, we hope to have all of the necessary information.

Once the session has ended and the board has approved the 2023-2024 compensation plan, compensation statements will be distributed via email.

Thank you for your dedicated work, loyalty, and commitment to the success of Life School and its students.

Regards,

Brent Wilson, Ed.D.
Superintendent, Life School
