You will want to pay particular attention to the Frontline Employment Center Preferences. The Frontline Employment Center Preferences is a step-by-step guide to setting your security preferences in Frontline, your W-2 preferences, and your 1095c preferences. You are responsible for setting these preferences, as they may be changed at any time.

The deadline for completing all employment forms is Thursday, August 16th, 2024.

Dear Life School Staff,

We are pleased to announce that Life School’s Board of Directors has approved the allocation of more than $1,000,000 for increases in staff salaries. This allocation includes an increase of $1,000 to the pay scales for certified teachers in both Dallas and Ellis counties plus a yearly step increase. Click here for the 2024-2025 updated certified teacher pay scales. Non-certified teachers will receive an increase of $1,000 and all other Life School staff will receive a 2% raise. All teachers, or staff, on the teacher scale that are currently over the scale, will receive a minimum of $750.00.

Last night, I had the privilege to meet with our Oak Cliff team to announce exciting news.

In Fall 2023, Life School purchased a 105-acre site intended to relocate the Life High School Oak Cliff campus to Duncanville. The new Duncanville property is centrally located among the Life School Oak Cliff, Mountain Creek, Cedar Hill, and Lancaster campuses and will soon become home to new high school and middle school buildings, along with athletic, art and CTE facilities. In total, the new campus will accommodate over 1,200 high school students and eventually 750 middle school students.
