Benefits Open Enrollment: July 14 – August 14, 2026

Benefits open enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit elections and make any changes for the upcoming plan year. Whether you're considering a different medical plan, adding or removing dependents, updating your supplemental benefits, or simply reviewing your current coverage, we encourage you to take the time to evaluate your benefit needs.

New Hires for the 2026–2027 School Year
We're excited to have you join us! Your New Hire Welcome email will be arriving soon with everything you need to get started. Employees newly hired for the 2026–2027 school year will have 31 days from their date of hire to enroll in benefits.

Life School offers a 403(b) retirement plan.  We partner with National Benefit Services (NBS) to administer the plan and Teacher’s Pension to provide education and enrollment assistance.  Life School encourages you to take time to schedule an appointment with Teacher’s Pension to learn more about 403(b) retirement plans. Don't wait until the last minute!  Mark your calendar now so you have plenty of time to review your options and enroll before the August 14th deadline.
