Jennifer Wilson (no relation to Superintendent Brent Wilson) joined Life School in 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer and served in that role for 6 years prior to becoming the Chief Culture Officer in August 2018. As an education executive for more than 10 years, Jennifer is known for responsible decision making, building relationships and developing people.
Pursuing a desire for developing people, Jennifer became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in 2015 and provides individual and team coaching to leaders within Life School as well as leaders in the community. Her strengths-based approach to leadership led her to create 5:1 Leadership, a system for establishing leadership goals, gaining valuable feedback and realizing leadership potential.
Jennifer’s primary responsibilities as Chief Culture Officer are to align organizational goals, communication and recognition with the mission of Life School. The Culture Group includes Community and Public Relations, Communications and Employee Engagement. Jennifer ensures all district strategies, programs and initiatives support the mission and vision of Life School. She believes in cultivating relationships and creating value through meaningful experiences for staff, students, parents and the community.
