What Do You Think?

What Do You Think? (WDYT?) is a comprehensive listening program that creates a culture of building trust, valuing people and continuous improvement. Throughout the year campus and district level leaders use an intentional approach to engage staff, students and parents through meaningful questions and conversations.

Using research-based and/or actionable questions, we gather input and feedback regarding engagement, strategic initiatives and operational effectiveness. Recognizing that each person has unique preferences regarding how to provide input and feedback, various opportunities will be provided for staff, students and parents to communicate their thoughts in a way that they feel safe and comfortable.

To complete the listening cycle, we communicate results and actions to ensure staff, students and parents feel heard and affirmed that their input counts.
