Life School Board Approves Raises for 2024-2025

Dear Life School Staff,

We are pleased to announce that Life School’s Board of Directors has approved the allocation of more than $1,000,000 for increases in staff salaries. This allocation includes an increase of $1,000 to the pay scales for certified teachers in both Dallas and Ellis counties plus a yearly step increase. Click here for the 2024-2025 updated certified teacher pay scales. Non-certified teachers will receive an increase of $1,000 and all other Life School staff will receive a 2% raise. All teachers, or staff, on the teacher scale that are currently over the scale, will receive a minimum of $750.00.

Further details will be included in your compensation statement which will be distributed, via email, by the end of May.

The 2024-2025 starting salary for Life School teachers increased to $59,000 in Dallas County and $56,500 in Ellis County.
