Staff Update – Compensation and Benefits

As we continue to grow and expand, the need for differentiated teacher pay scales was identified and has been addressed to continue to maintain pace with the market for the individual counties we serve. For more information on the new, updated pay scales, please visit the Life School Extranet and select the Human Resource link and view the document under the Pay Scales heading.

In addition, we wanted to let you know we have extended the districtwide internal transfer process to run through Friday, April 5th as a result of the changes in the differentiated pay scales.
