First, please make sure that your communication preferences are up to date in the Parent Portal.
For email, if you already have up-to-date communication preferences setup in the Parent Portal, this is likely due to security settings in your email program. To resolve this, first check your spam folder for recent messages. In most instances, you can right click to mark as "Not Spam" or something similar. As a long-term fix, it is also helpful to add Life School to your email address book. Be sure to include the addresses webmaster@lifeschools.net, culture@lifeschools.net, and communication@lifeschools.net.
