We are very excited to have you on board with our district and look forward to working with you.

If you are a former employee and would like access to pay stubs, W-2s, 1095s, and more, please create a new Employee Service Center login using the instructions below.

You must create a new login to access the Employee Service Center once you are no longer employed with Life School. Your previous login will no longer be active.

Once you have created your login, you can log in to the Employee Service Center to access your documents.

Teacher pay scales are provided below for Dallas and Ellis counties.

2025-2026 Certified Teacher Salary Schedule

Note that years of experience must be proven with an original Service Record.

Additional pay factors:

• + $500 for every year after 20 through 39 years
• + $1,000 ‐ Master’s degree (upon HR receiving original transcripts)
• + $1,000 ‐ Doctoral degree (applies to campus‐level positions only ‐ upon HR receiving original transcripts)
• + $1,000 ‐ Special Education
• + $3,000 - Life Skills
• Funds related to Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) or NBCT will be paid in addition to the district salary schedule in one lump sum in or around August each year. 90% will be allocated to the teacher earning the local designation, which will be inclusive of all employer benefit contributions including but not limited to TRS, TRS Stat Min and Medicare tax.
