Every employee is responsible for taking action to make Life School an even better place to work––completing the employee engagement survey is a crucial step towards key organizational development and change.

Your survey responses are entirely anonymous. Gallup will receive all results and will report overall scores at the workgroup, campus, and organization-wide levels. No reports will have either information about individual employees or information that enables a manager to determine individual responses.

Transformative change does not happen overnight and takes time and dedication from every employee, not just some. If everyone takes the survey, we will have the information we need to continue to create real, sustainable improvements to our school system.

You will receive an email today from Gallup with your link to the Life School Employee Engagement Survey. Please take 5-10 minutes to complete your survey by Friday, October 2nd. We value your input. Thank you again for the work you do to prepare our students for life!

Sincerely,

Brent Wilson, Ed.D.
