Absence Reporting Procedures
To access "How to" document(s) to enter an absence(s) in TEAMS that does not require a substitute. Click English Leave Request or Spanish Leave Request. Please refer to AESOP for sub required positions.
Employee Service Portal
The District has an application that allows employees to have access to their own personal and payroll information, Employee Service Center (ESC). The ESC also allows employees to print Pay Stubs and W-2s. The information that is accessible includes:
- Personal Information
- Salary and Benefits
- Leave Information
- Payroll Checks
- Deductions and Benefits
- Payroll Check & W-2 information on or after 8/1/2013
