3CX Mobile App Setup for Life School Phones

Steps for Installation 

1. Install the 3CX App on your device.
2. Go to your Lifeschools email and open up the Welcome to 3CX email.
3. There you will see Attachments.
   1. Android attachments are located at the top
   2. iPhone attachments at locatea at the bottom
4. Open the attachment labeled 3CX Phone Provisioning File
   1. Android phones - the attachment will open up the 3CX app
   2. iPhones will need to open the attachment, then select the More option
      1. Then select Copy to 3CX
5. This will open the 3CX app and ask to Allow for a few feature settings.
   1. Please allow them all.
6. Once that is done
   1. Android phones can close out of the 3CX app and reopen it to start using the 3CX app.
   2. iPhones will need to open the welcome email back up, and repeat the steps for opening the 3CX Phone Provisioning File again.
7. Once that is done you are ready to use your 3CX App.
8. At the bottom of your 3CX App you will see options such as:
   1.  Status
   2.  Contacts
   3. Dial/Number Pad
   4.  Recents
   5.  Chat
      1. Android phones will have the Voicemail Queue at the Bottom Right of the Screen.
      2. iPhones will have to go to the Menu at the Top Left-Hand Corner to access their Voicemails.
