Welcome LHSOC Girls' Head Basketball Coach Charity Page

Life School Oak Cliff Athletic Department wants to welcome the new Head Coach of the Lady Lions Basketball team, Charity Page. Coach Page was born and raised in Nacogdoches, Texas and has first hand knowledge of playing and coaching at many levels during her career. Coach Page played collegiate basketball at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) in Waxahachie, Texas, which is 30 minutes south of Dallas. During her athletic career at SAGU, Coach Page became a member of the 1,000th point club, and was named to the All-Conference team.

After receiving her B.S. in Sports Management she went on to be a Graduate Assistant for SAGU’s Women’s Basketball team, while obtaining a Master of Education Degree. Coach Page loves coaching basketball because she believes it helps develop young ladies into becoming responsible Life Leaders through valuable life lessons that are taught through the game.

Coach Page’s Philosophy: She believes in setting extremely high expectations.  No one rises to low expectations and she believes athletes have far more ability in them than they can imagine.  Athletes will deliver what you expect for them to produce.  She has always taught athletes to discipline themselves so that no one has to do it for them.  Through discipline, they are demanding the best of themselves on and off the court, so they become the best version of themselves.

Welcome Coach Charity Page!
