Life School Oak Elementary Principal QuaNesha Stovall

QuaNesha Stovall Named Principal of Oak Cliff Elementary

Life School is pleased to announce that Mrs. Quanesha Stovall has been selected as principal for Life School Oak Cliff Elementary (LSOCE). Stovall is an Oak Cliff native and a 10-year veteran educator who began her educational career at the Life School Oak Cliff Elementary campus. She spent 5 years teaching before accepting the role of Assistant Principal.

As Assistant Principal, Mrs. Stovall served in a myriad of roles that afforded her the opportunity to grow as a leader and build strong relationships with teachers, students and parents. She believes that a thriving school is evident through teachers teaching, students learning, parents who are engaged and community involvement.

“We are always happy when the best candidate is someone who already knows the heart and soul of Life School,” said Director of Elementary Leading and Learning Joy Shepherd. “Mrs. Stovall loves the community and understands what it takes to support the students, parents and teachers of Oak Cliff.”

Mrs. Stovall holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas.

Mrs. Stovall says, “I am honored to be selected as leader of the Life School Oak Cliff Elementary campus. This is home, and I look forward to continuing to develop leaders through academics, character training and partnerships with our parents and community.”

Life School Oak Cliff was established in 1998 with only 266 students. Today, Life School Oak Cliff Elementary serves nearly 700 students, and the Life School district serves more than 5,500 students across the Dallas area.
