Life School Athletics Names August's 'Coaches of the Month'
Demonstrating outstanding leadership on and off the field, the Life School Athletics Department selected four August "Coaches of the Month."
COACH LARRY FARRAR | LIFE HIGH SCHOOL OAK CLIFF
Larry Farrar is a new member to the Life High School Oak Cliff (LHSOC) coaching staff and is a true team player. He has been willing to step in and help the athletics department by taking on a coaching role when the staff was in a bind. Mr. Farrar is reliable and does the work with a smile. He is an energy-giver who is a LifeLeader on the LHSOC campus and definitely "ROCKS."
COACH CHASE BISHOP | LIFE HIGH SCHOOL OAK CLIFF
Chase Bishop has been an inspiration to the Life High School Oak Cliff (LHSOC) athletic department. As a seasoned soccer coach, Coach Bishop reflects consistency in all that he does. He is chosen for his dedication, enthusiasm, and efforts to expand, not only his soccer program, but to enhance and uplift his student-athletes and managers to be outstanding citizens.
COACH WADE MCKEE | LIFE HIGH SCHOOL WAXAHACHIE
Coach Mckee has been with Life School for 12 years. In that time frame, he has been the Head Powerlifting coach and the Assistant Football coach. Coach Mckee has also served as the Defensive Coordinator for Life Mustang football in the past. He is also considered by many on staff as a great Strength and Conditioning coach. Coach Mckee has been instrumental in implementing workouts for several groups not only during the school year but also during the summer. He is always willing to talk with the coaches about weight training and help in any way he can. LHSW is blessed to have Coach Mckee and his family part of the staff.
COACH CALEB VETETO | LIFE MIDDLE SCHOOL WAXAHACHIE
This is Coach Veteto's first year with Life Middle School Waxahachie (LMSW) and he's already making a big difference. He got off to a quick start by spending a few weeks at the school this summer helping LMSW's strength and conditioning workouts. One of the strengths known about Coach Veteto is his ability to remember kids' names and build relationships. The most important word to a kid is their name, and he is already mastering this relationship strategy. Having another team player on staff is a huge bonus for LMSW and everyone is excited to see the impact he makes.
