What are the different transcript delivery options?
There are 2 types of transcripts, official and unofficial. Transcripts are issued only at the written request of the student/parent. Institutions (colleges, schools) usually require official transcripts, which are only sent by mail. Students may request an unofficial copy for their own records. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing from time of request.
Who can help me access my records?
If you need access to your academic records, you can reach out to your campus PEIMS clerk by contacting your campus.
Where is the address change form?
You can access this form from the Parents area of the website.
How do I find my child's class ranks?
You can contact your campus counselor to find your student's class rank.
How do I replace my diploma (lost / damaged)?
You can contact the Enrollment Liaison/Registrar for your campus to request an additional diploma.
How do I get a copy of my transcript?
How can I request my child's final report card?
Please contact the campus registrar to request a printed copy of your child's final report card.
How do I change my communication preference from email to text messaging?
Please log into your parent portal account and update your communication preferences.
How do I update my email address / contact information?
For parents or students, you can contact the Enrollment Liaison/Registrar campus liaison to change your address or use this form to update your email address or contact information. For staff, you can submit the change form found on the Extranet.
When are report cards distributed?
Report cards are distributed every 9 weeks. Report cards can also be viewed in the Parent Portal.
How can I access my child's grades?
You can view all of your child's records, including grades and attendance, through the parent portal.
