First, please make sure that your communication preferences are up to date in the Parent Portal.

For email, if you already have up-to-date communication preferences setup in the Parent Portal, this is likely due to security settings in your email program. To resolve this, first check your spam folder for recent messages. In most instances, you can right click to mark as "Not Spam" or something similar. As a long-term fix, it is also helpful to add Life School to your email address book. Be sure to include the addresses webmaster@lifeschools.net, culture@lifeschools.net, and communication@lifeschools.net.

However, if you are not an enrolled family and wish to stop receiving communication, you can unsubscribe from Life School content by using the "unsubscribe" link in the bottom of each email.

When you enroll your child, you are entered into the system to receive communication. If, for some reason, you are not receiving communication, in many cases, it is because the communication is going to your trash or spam folder. We recommend looking for communication in those folders and add Life School to your email contacts to avoid this in the future. If you still experience issues, you can send a note to marketing@lifeschools.net, and our team will look into the issue for you.
